Following are the Terms & Conditions which will be applied in any kind of delivery by "Cake In Services".


  • Your order will only be dispatched after we confirm that the payment has been transferred, deposited in our bank account.

  • The timing of delivery will start after the payment is reflected into our accounts. 

  • You will need to provide us necessary details for the payment like from what bank and branch you have transferred or deposited cash.

  • Whenever you transfer or deposit cash, do call us for saying that you have made payment for the assurance and cross check of details.

  • Once order placed and the payment is completed, it will not be cancelled as we have quick response for delivery and no refund will be provided.

  • If there is any delay in delivery, we will inform you in advance with the reason. We expect you to understand the reason for a delay in delivery.

  • We will give our best to satisfy your needs with better a delivery service.

  • In certain cities, currently some mentioned products may not be available. We will try to satisfy your order by providing you different options for delivery.

  • Delivery timings are only available in certain cities.

  • Order timings are 10am - 7pm. If you are late or early of this time, don't worry we will accept your order but will deliver on regular timings & midnight.

  • Photo Cakes - You need to tell us, maximum 8 hours advance if you want to select photo cakes to be delivered. The original cake which will be delivered can be of different shape and appearance. We ensure quality and quantity. You also will have to provide a photo to us via mail in a jpg extension file.

  • Theme Cakes - You need to tell us, maximum 8 hours advance if you want to select theme cakes to be delivered. Images are just to show, how a product will look as a finished product. They may differ in shape and appearance. We ensure Quality & Quantity.

  • Flavor Cakes - You need to tell us, maximum 3 hours advance if you want to select flavor cakes to be delivered. Products which will be delivered will look different in shape and appearance. We ensure Quantity and Quality. Images are just to show, how a product will look as a finished product.

  • "Cake In Services" have rights to make changes in their terms & conditions anytime and can reschedule a delivery accordingly.

  • "Cake In Services" has reserve the right to raise or lower prices without prior notice subject to market conditions.

  • Sizes of Products and Display Features:
  1. All of our products shown on our website are approximate sizes. Due to the nature of sizes may vary slightly. All of the measurements used are as realistic as we can be and under no circumstances exaggerated. 
  2. All of our style displayed are single dimensional and it may not capture the proper depth of the item. 
  3. Please take this into consideration when ordering. 


  • Colours of Products:
  1. Colours of products may vary slightly because every computer monitor has a different pixel display. 
  2. We, Paradise use hi-res photos to display all of our products so if there may be a minor variation in colour it will be negligible. 

  • Availability of Fruits Shown:
  1. Usage of fruits is depending upon their availability.
