Delivery & Return Policy

Cake In Services have following Delivery and Return policies:

  • Delivering Policies:

  1. We are delivering the cakes only in provided city limits (Within the range) which is chargeable.
  • Delivery Date:
  1. We recommend you to book your orders before 24 hours for better delivery service.
  2. Margin Time will be around 3 hours(more or less) for flavor cakes & 8 hours(more or Less) for Theme, Photo Cakes on the day of Delivery, as Margin Time depend upon the distance of delivering address.
  3. We deliver Monday to Sunday (7 days a week) Day Time: 10:00 Am to 7:00 Pm (IST) & Midnight Time: 11:30Pm To 11:59Pm (IST).
  4. Midnight delivery is only available in selected cities. Please refer if the midnight delivery service is available or not in your city by visiting on respective city page.
  5. Orders booked on same day of Deliveries may get delayed than delivery time.
  • Festival Time:
  1. During Festival time Order booked may get late than the expected Delivery Date. It is recommended to book your orders before 48 hours for better delivery service.
  • Note:During Holidays like Diwali, Holi, Eid, Raksha Bandhan, Christmas, New Year, Valentine Day, Mothers Day, Bhai Dooj, etc. it is recommended to book your orders before 48 hours.

We will attempt delivery of the items ONCE. Incase the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order as "executed" in the following cases :
  1. Delivery not done due to wrong address/wrong pin code.
  2. Recipient not available.
  3. Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/not working/no reply or not connecting/reachable and delivery is not done.
  4. Recipient refused the products.
  5. Gate Person/Security person didn't allowed to enter & deliver the product.
  6. Delivered the product at the Gate/Reception/Neighbours.
  7. In case of Natural Calamities/ National Bandh or Strikes we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
  • Delivery Status Enquiries:
  1. For confirmation regarding the delivery of the orders, it is recommended that you call @ +91 9033 250 233 on the delivery date.
  2. Another suggestion is to e-mail, Order @ Whatsapp & quote your order. You can find contact details on "Contact us" page.
  3. However in case there is no one to receives the delivery at delivering address we will inform the sender about the condition and then the order will be needed to be collected by the dealer from the outlet. This is only available for day time delivery and not for Midnight Delivery.
Your order placed will be the confirmation that you accept all our terms and conditions, Delivery & Return Policy held under "Cake In Services".
